About Us

Committed to Making a Difference

New Ground Creations (NGC) was established in 2012 in the heart of Edmonton after the area witnessed one of the worst years of knife crime in decades in 2008. New Ground Creations was built to inspire people to LIVE.

L. = Legacy . I = Innovate . V = Venture . E = Educate

NGC offers programmes for Eary Years, KS2 - 4 cross-curricular, through to young people aged 16 - 30. Young people need a chance to build a new ground (a new mindset, new skills) in order to have a solid foundation to build a successful life upon. NGC is devoted to doing this directly with young people but moreover, provide other established organisations with the necessary tools to reach more young people.

Our philosophy comes from the idea that in order to build a skyscraper you need a deep-rooted foundation. Similarly, it is like a person building a house who digs deep and lays the foundation on solid rock. When the floodwaters rise and break against that house, it stands firm because it is well built.

Specific Aims
  • To improve the economic prospectives of young people

  • To improve the emotional and social skills in young people

  • Increase stronger community cohesion across boroughs

To reduce gang, gun and knife crime in the UK
